What can 35 years of frontline journalism experience bring to a new, disruptive world?

This is the question that led to the launch of DOME nine years ago.

Communication is not about impressive one-liners that fade like fireworks. It is a structure, built on strong foundations, thoughtful design, and, yes, striking elements that enhance its impact. Especially in times of crisis, communication skills are truly tested.

Decision-makers operate under intense pressure- high G-forces- where clarity and precision are essential.

After decades of experience across magazines, newspapers, radio, and television, combined with consulting in crisis management, DOME emerged as the natural culmination of a career dedicated to communication. Yet I believe that “by-the-book” Professional management is not enough. Something more is required: the ability to approach every project as if it were a personal commitment.

This commitment is fueled by a few non-negotiables: strong black coffee, the loyalty of my team, and my life as an incurable dog lover. I thrive on high-stakes adrenaline, whether tackling the steep faces of the Dolomites or navigating the country’s largest financial scandal. The greatest challenge is always the next one!
