Marylena Iliou

Marylena Iliou joined Dome Consulting in 2018 as a Legal and Crisis Management Consultant.
She has been the legal advisor of leading Greek and foreign companies and has worked on major projects in the transportation, energy and technology sectors.
She specializes in Corporate, Commercial, Public Procurement Law and ADR.
Marylena designs and performs pre- crisis management training programs and scenario- based simulation exercises for leading Greek companies, prepares, evaluates and updates Communication Incident Response & Business Continuity Plans.
Formerly, Marylena was a special advisor to the General Secretary for Gender Equality and represented Greece before the UN as a member of the Greek Delegation to the 54th session of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
She was also a member of the working group of the Ministry of Justice for the elaboration of the National Action Plan for Human Rights.
She studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (UOA) and holds two LL.Ms, in Civil Law (Research) and Labor Law from UOA. She received negotiations training by the University of Michigan.
